Is there any delivery fee for delivery within Brisbane?
Yes, a $20 delivery fee is charged for delivery within 20km's of our stores.
If a customer's Fridge, Freezer, Dryer or Washing machine breaks, how soon can they organise a contract with Eziway2own?
As soon as the required credentials are given to Eziway2own, a contract will be created within one business working day. Once the customer has signed that contract, the product is theirs.
Does Eziway2own sell second hand products?
No, all products are new.
Am I able to pay out my loan before the end of my contract?
All customers are able to make cash payments or increase their weekly or fortnightly payments to pay out their contract early.
